Lovely decor and a spacious, if compact, design. Good security. Great to have the small outside balcony. Wonderfully quiet inside at night. Great appliances (except TV)

TV remote control had unresponsive buttons - very frustrating! The Netflicks account was locked except for kids programmes. Two out of the three heaters provided didn't work. Visitor parking in the neighbourhood was limited.

It was very quiet, it was in an ideal location for our purposes, it had two comfortable bedrooms, it had a full kitchen albeit small.

Quite a few flights of stairs to the apartment and it was awkward trying to open the lock box and fiddly opening the door.

The apartment is so pretty and comfy. We loved our stay. The fact that the building has an entrance on both streets makes it even easier to find some street parking. Wellington city center is 15-20 minutes drive easily so it's super nice to be out of the business of the CBD and in a more quiet environment to relax. Shops are in walking distance and the apartment has everything you need to cook a delicious meal yourself.
