Neat and clean
WiFi was turned off by disabling the data connection and it was told that too many people have come hence WiFi is not working which was not the case.
If you have mentioned that accommodation is WiFi enabled then don't fool your guests.
If you think you have fooled them then you are fooling yourself.

The location and the help that was extended by their staff.
The cleanliness would have been better. The toilets were dirty even after we checked in and we had to call the Housekeeping top get it cleaned. The Corridor had an Indane Gas Cylinder while we checked in and was there till we checked out. It was dangerous apart from being an eye sore. Also, the dish clearance was slow.
