1. Stop making additional charges during stay. It was clearly mentioned that no Item is finalized in high tea & still the items were served & paid with high cost.
2. 8 days crossed & still waiting for the invoices against the GST charged on booking & all services.
3. Stop making additional charges for any kind of decorations no one will like your way of services as cost was almost double compared to other vendors.
Not happy with marketing team & policies/services in many ways.
