Staffs are super friendly and I love communicating with them even with translators. They are so considerate and so supportive. There’s a great atmosphere flowing in the hotel, everyone talks to each other during breakfast. The property has a yard with a lot of local fruits, great environment. Also you can book tours to lençois directly at the hotel and it’s super convenient. You can also get last minute tours in the morning of the day.

The facility can be improved. For my room, there’s no AC, no hot water no curtain. It would be nice to have a curtain to improve privacy. Also it would be great to have the ability to adjust the shower temperature. Shampoo/conditioner/lotion is not provided, only a soap is available. It’s quite far from the town center and it’s challenging to get dinner after full day tours, need to rely on taxi/99 to get around since it’s too hot to walk. The road in front of the hotel is basically sand and stones. There’s one time my taxi refused to go into the alley (since that car is not able to go through the rough road)I have to walk to the hotel at 9 pm. There’s a rooster in the yard so you can expect a natural alarm at 5 am.
