Canterbury Central 9 Bed House - Onsite Parking

It was good accomodation but cleaning should be improved.

Lovely house. Beds very comfortable.

The house was in a good location and easy to park at. The available beds were comfy and check in was very easy. Nancy was also very courteous.

It wasn't clean. There was dust and even black mould on visible pipework which is a health hazard. As it's a serviced place, I'd be concerned about the cleaners doing the cleaning. There were door locks with missing screws which could be dangerous too for getting locked in a room, especially as we were with small children. It was obviously a ex or current student house as the locks on the doors. This isn't an issue at all, but when some doors have obviously been punched with the holes in, it doesn't present well. The issue is it is also advertised as having a sofa bed, but this was just a sofa, not a sofa bed. This meant our booking for 10 only had 9 beds. This is either an advertising error, or a booking.com error but needs to be sorted. This meant two people had to share a single bed which was frustrating.
