About this apartment rental
cozy apartment with 125m2, located 500 meters from the Douro River.
Modern space and comfortable, located in a quiet condominium with security guards patrol twenty-four hours a day.
With two bedrooms, both prepared with a double bed and one with full bathroom with bath, shower, hair dryer, bath products and towels at your disposal. There is still another service bathroom with shower.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need to make your meals and also a coffee maker, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A living room / dining room that just as the kitchen has a great view of the river Douro and also a sofa / bed that makes it possible to stay two more guests.

Only I will be present at check-in / out.

The condo is located in a quiet street close to all amenities including supermarkets and bus stops.
Is 2 kilometers from the Boavista roundabout where you can find various recreational areas such as shops, restaurants, museums, cinemas and bars.
And even with a vast network of public transport (bus, taxi, metro, tram) lying very close to the entrances and exits of the city.
Lots of transport close by. This accommodation, because it is located in the city of Porto, is subject to the payment of Tourist Tax charged at the end of the stay in the following molds:
- € 2 per night and per person (over the age of 13) with a limit of 7 nights.

The apartment was spacious and clean and we liked the location. The neighbourhood was quiet. Our only complaint would be that the lighting wasn't very good so it was quite dark at night. But lots of windows so totally find during daylight. The building is also a bit noisy - you can hear neighbours coming and going. The party on our last night was annoying but not the owners or property managers fault. We'd definitely recommend staying here if you don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the tourist district.

Si Porto est sans conteste une ville de toute beauté par sa situation au bord du Douro, ses reliefs enchanteurs, ses églises qui vous laissent sans voix et ses environs pleins de charme, séjourner dans un appartement de très haute qualité et confortable avec garage, à proximité des transports et des commerces utiles n'a fait que compléter notre idéal de visiteurs. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander sans réserve.
Il convient d'ajouter que le propriétaire n'a pas hésité une seconde à nous satisfaire en mettant à notre disposition un "fan" de qualité, très précieux cette dernière semaine assez chaude et que des produits de base et même davantage nous attendaient dans les placards de la cuisine et dans les salles d'eau, ce qui est toujours apprécié lorsque l'on arrive de voyage plus ou moins fatigués.
Quelques petites suggestions pour atteindre la perfection: une poêle plate qui (en plus de la creuse) aurait été utile ainsi que la présence d'une lumière au-dessus de la cuisinière/plan de travail mais je maintiens ma note de 5/5.

Great location, convenient for groceries and for getting to the Riberia, the Foz, or across the Douro River to the port caves. Really appreciated the kitchen, the clothes washer, and the inside car parking space too. Easy to find by car and Danielle was helpful in getting us settled in. Thank you!
