Great location and clean and tidy

Very comfortable beds, what you see is what you get. Craig is a great and friendly host. He was very accomodating leaving the lights on for us until we arrived back each evening. If you’re looking for a hotel experience, go elsewhere. This is more an Airbnb style and more welcoming.

Craig as a good host and the room was comfortable. Good bathroom with big shower.
Close to Avalon airport which was very convenient.

Some what convenient
Not as advertised - no signage not Lara Hobby Horse at best it’s an ABB old house, no locks on bedroom doors not exactly clean
