La situation et l'emplacement. La vue est remarquable. Au 6e étage pas de bruit de la ville tout en étant en ville. Pas de buit de la piscine située au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée. Tout est facilement accessible. Le confort de l'appartement. La climatisation fonctionne bien sans être dérangeante.
Details: Il manque un peu de vaisselle en cuisine (certains couverts et grandes tasses) nous étions deux mais si vous êtes plus nombreux c'est un peu juste mais il y a 4 appareils différents pour faire le café. Les équipements de la cuisine sont bons et efficaces. Ampoules grillées dans chaque salle de bains.
