La posizione per potersi muovere tra i passi
Poco illuminata nei passaggi esterni ,considerando l’assenza di illuminazione pubblica con rischio di inciampo negli zerbini lungo la camminata per raggiungere l’appartamento . Anche all’interno sul balconcino ,buio completo. Servizi mancanti (tovagliette per il tavolo di legno non trattato con rischio di macchiarlo ,microonde per poter scaldare eventualmente qualcosa di pronto al volo ,tazzine da caffè assenti nonostante fosse presente una macchinetta per caffè espresso ). Servizio di lavanderia a pagamento con il risultato di avere tolto i panni dall’asciugatrice ancora bagnati . Infine ,la poco cortesia del proprietario nella risoluzione di un problema in tarda serata con atteggiamento scontroso e accusatorio .
