Spacious, comfortable house with some minor restrictions
Very clean, spacious house in a nice and green neighbourhood. Very good to explore Usedom by car. Sauna included, which was really cool. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, new furniture. Self-check in was easy.
Although it said on Booking that check-out is at 11, we were reminded twice (and also upon request) that we had to leave the house at 10, even though it was a Sunday off-season and there were hardly any tourists. Written description at arrival slightly pushy, about leaving the house "broom-clean" (besenrein), about putting everything back in order, leaving behind no dirty dishes or trash, with bed sheets removed properly. We had one additional toilet paper roll for 4 persons, and two dishwasher tabs. Kitchen equipment limited, five spoons, no spices, no coffee. Overall, the house is very comfortable and cosy, but the strict rigidity harmed the vacation a little.

Das Haus hat einen eigenen kleinen Wellnessbereich. Die Umgebung lädt ein den Alltagsstress los zu werden. Alle Aktivitäten für Groß und Klein, sind innerhalb von 30min zu erreichen. Es war wirklich toll!!
