Only writing about breakfast as we were prompted to with 'How was breakfast?' We were never told about breakfast when we checked in and we left a few hours before checkout. They were very surprised that we didn't want to eat BBQ though and kept asking my husband if we were sure we didn't want to pay for the BBQ service. Also, there was no dishwater/cutlery in the room/kitchenette. When they asked what we would be eating, we said we brought our own food but they never stated that we would have needed to bring our own dishes too.

The booking site stated it was dog friendly. When we showed up with the dogs the staff seemed shocked. We explained that the site stated they were dog friendly and then they said 'no dogs on the beds.' When we explained again that the site said it was dog friendly, they said 'it's fine, but don't let them pee/poo on the beds.' Of course that wouldn't be an issue but I was still surprised that they were surprised.
