Modern eingerichtet, sauberes und ordentliches Appartment. Klimaanlage war ein Segen. ÖPNV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut zu erreichen.
Die Betten sind sehr weich.

Schöne Wohnung mit elektronischen Rolläden und Ventilator, die auch bei der Hitzewelle noch erträgliche Temperaturen hatte. Nespresso Maschine vorhanden. Schöne Dusche mit Handbrause und Regendusche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof Bad Ems West ganz in der Nähe.
Im Schlafzimmer ist nur wenig Platz zwischen Schrank und Bett; dort ist auch der Schalter für die Rolläden falsch herum angeschlossen (hoch fährt runter und umgekehrt). Es gab nur eine Rolle Klopapier für die Woche und kein Spülmittel und keine Kapseln für die Nespresso Maschine.

Wir waren Mitte Juli für 2 Nächte hier in der Erdgeschosswohnung. Buchung und Check-in/OUT waren OK. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Küche hat das Notwendigste gehabt. Backofen ist vorhanden. 100 Meter im Umkreis sind ein Bäcker, Lidl, ALDI und Rossmann und der Bahnhof Bad Ems West ist nebenan. Wer mit ÖPNV anreist, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Die Wohnungstür und auch die Fenster öffnen und schließen schlecht. Die Tür klemmt beim zu machen. Insektenschutz an den Fenstern fehlt. In der Küche fehlen ein großes Brotmesser und ein Schneidbrett. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre schön, dann muss man nicht ständig abwaschen. Manchmal etwas Hellhörig, was die Obermieter betrifft.
