コンビニや外食するところが近くになく、レンタカーは必須。

A brand-new exclusive villa, literally right next to the beach. It takes about 30 seconds to walk to the beach. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs – two bedrooms with a double bed each, and a bedroom with two bunkbeds for 4 people. The villa is ideal for two small families or a group of friends of 6-8 people. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower upstairs, as well as a bathroom downstairs with a toilet, bathtub+shower and a separate area for laundry (washing machine and dryer). Wifi is included as well. The open kitchen/dining/living space is extremely modern and spacious with great finishing touches – you will have access to a dish washer, brand-new fridge/freezer as well as a wine cooler/cellar with complimentary bottles and beer for you to enjoy. You open the terrace door from the living room and find yourself outside on the terrace with a super cozy pool area and have the chance to barbeque. It’s an ideal getaway resort retreat for anyone who wants to experience Okinawa but further from the more touristy/packed areas. Nago is on the northern side of Okinawa and during my visit there I was surprised to see western tourists, but it was definitely still quiet and calmer than the more frequently visited areas of Okinawa and Japan for that matter. The villa/cottage has space for 3 parked cars. Naha Airport is about 70km from Nago and about 84km from the villa, and you can either book a rental car from the airport or rent a private transfer. There are several restaurants nearby to choose from – all from traditional Japanese/Okinawan izakaya to Benjamin Burger which we enjoyed! I sincerely recommend this resort and accommodation for anyone wanting to retreat and perhaps avoid the common touristy areas and just want to experience Okinawa through relaxing and seeing something new and the more natural sides of Okinawa. Also recommend to visit the islands and beaches nearby!
