Walkable to GWCC. Space for my family to be comfortable instead of cramped in a hotel room.

bathrooms could be upgraded. Missing stoppers in sinks, shower door in master is off a bit, creaky bathroom floors, etc. But we didn’t decide to stay here for glamorous bathrooms and we will definitely try to book this house again next year if it’s available when we come back to Atlanta.

Great house, spacious and very good location.

Firstly, the bedsheets were in poor conditions, being dirty and having some hairs on it. Secondly, the towels were tiny and were also found aith several strands of hair. Some of the lights were busted in the main suite’s bathroom and there was no toilet paper. In general, the house’s cleanliness was far from ideal, as was the maintenance. In the washing machine, we found some damp sheets emitting strange odor, and there were even some used and scrumpled up pieces of toilet paper underneath two of the beds on the second floor. Additionally, the fridge also had evidently not been cleaned and kept freezing our food. The neighbors were disrespectful and routinely shouted at 5 in the morning every day throughout the duration of our stay. They were also found charging their phone in the outlets by our house’s door without our previous consent or awareness, and even knocked on our door well past midnight to ask for water. Besides all, there was a daily noise at around 7 am from nearby construction.

I liked the layout of the house, room sizes, and # of bathrooms. It was perfect for us 4 ladies. Also liked the responsiveness of the property owner. When shared there was only one roll of toilet paper, they resolved it immediately

There were a few annoying gnats. Not a deal breaker and would definitely stay again.
