The place was clean and well stocked. The shower and the washer / dryer were wonderful and I wish i had them at home.
The stairs were steep and did not have a railing so you would need to be careful if you have young children. There was a gate at the top to stop you from falling down the stairs in the middle of the night.

お部屋がとても綺麗でした。お掃除もキチンとされていて、ロボット掃除機、ドラム式洗濯機、食器（子供用）まで、調理器具、鍋類が準備されていてビックリ‼️後、冷蔵庫にグラスが冷やされていて感動しました。とても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございます。
2階の玄関までの階段がスーツケースを持って上がるのが大変でした。
後、鏡が無かったので欲しかったです。
女4人の朝の準備の時は争奪戦でした、、、

路面電車の桜町駅から1分くらい。富山駅までも徒歩でも行ける範囲でロケーションがいい。
洗濯機もあり、乾燥までできる。
調味料も色々あって便利。部屋は清潔で内装も新しく綺麗です。お掃除ロボットもある。星5以上の価値がある。とてもおすすめです！
