About this house rental
Ground floor:
The house has been completely redone (7 x 15 m). There is a large living room including kitchen available (42 m2). The living room features a fireplace and a large dining area for eight people. In addition, one in the living room two two-seater sofas, bookcase and a nice duwslede. There is a television with all major Dutch channels; VCR / DVD player (there are several video tapes / DVDs for children and adults); sound system with CD player and more recently, free WIFI. In the kitchen you will find a large kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove and saucepans with cutlery and crockery. The following facilities are available on the ground floor:

separate toilet
spacious shower room with wash basin
large room with kitchen and fireplace.
First floor:
On the first floor there are three large bedrooms each feature
Bedroom 1: large room with three single beds, size: 90 x 200 cm and a cot.
The beds can be put together as double bed.
Bedroom 2: large room, three single beds, size 90 x 200 cm.
Bedroom 3: smaller room with two single beds, size 90 x 190 cm.
The rooms all feature two chairs, plus wardrobe cupboards to put any luggage and clothing. There are plenty of sanitation and in each room there is a sink with matching mirror. Electrical outlets are in every sleeping sufficiently available. What definitely should not miss is the electric heater in each room. There is a large landing are provided where to find several cabinets. There is also a large separate shower with a wax block and mirror. Finally, there is also find a separate toilet. What should not go unmentioned is the beautiful view from these rooms offer a view of the surrounding area.

Wir waren mit 4 Erw. Und 4 Kids dort. Reichlich Platz für alle. Die Übergabe klappte gut. Das Objekt ist jetzt keine Luxusvilla wie angesagt aber in einem guten, sauberen Zustand. Die Betten sind bequem, müssten aber hier und da mal repariert werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mir persönlich fehlt aber ein Geschirrspüler und ein Backofen (steht auch nicht in der Beschreibung des Objektes). Der Kühlschrank musste ganz schön gegen den Kamin ankämpfen aber er ging. Die Nähe zur Elbe fanden unsere Kids ganz toll, macht im Sommer sicher noch mehr Spass. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Die Bäder waren sauber, man sollte aber eine längere Abluftzeit einstellen damit es nicht irgendwann schimmelt. Im Ort kann man in kleinen tschechischen Geschäften einkaufen und ist auch Ruck Zuck in vielen guten Skigebieten.
Wir fanden es gut, würden auch zu 8 wieder hinfahren.

Für Familie super geeignet, aber man muss es lieben, den Kamin zu heizen, um es kostengünstig warm zu haben. War für uns aber überhaupt kein Problem. Viel Platz. Ansprechpartner gut erreichbar. Skiareal Cerny dul 10 Minuten entfernt.

Ideale plek om veel uitstapjes te maken in de prachtige natuur van Tsjechië. Het is een ruime woning met een grote tuin en een mooi riviertje waar de kinderen heerlijk in kunnen spelen. Het is geen luxe woning maar alles is er. De wifi werkt perfect (heel praktisch als je net al ons met 3 pubers op stap bent). De tv heeft idd alle Nederlandse zenders. Er staan heel veel spelletjes in de kast (de puzzel van 1000 stukjes mist alleen 2 stukjes, we hebben 1 dag regen gehad;-)). De huisbaas zal best een aardige man zijn maar moeilijk om mee te praten ivm een taalbarrière.
Er zijn meer dan voldoende winkels/supermarkten in de directe omgeving. Wij hebben ons 2 weken prima vermaakt.

Het is een leuk huisje in een klein gehucht waar het heerlijk ontspannen. Alles is aanwezig voor een relaxte tijd. De kinderen vonden met name de trampoline top! Een uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes (met de auto). We hebben een fijne week gehad.
