The apartment was very spacious and situated in a quiet, peaceful area. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. There was a full sized stove in the kitchen and a decent sized refrigerator. The bedroom was huge and the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and everything was extremely clean. We caught Ubers to Downtown and to and from the airport or there was a train station quite nearby. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in Vancouver.
Nothing. Everything was great.

TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and kitchen.
No instructions on how to get it. Email said you will be provided with details. Had to wait for host to open the gate and give instructions that were so complicated.
