First of all, the hosts - Allen and his family - are really experienced; in practice this means the important basics are all working really well: comfy beds, good curtains for darkness in the bedrooms, noiseless and efficient air-conditioning, full equipped kitchen, towels and bed linens included, etc. Great! In addition, the apartment is spacious and was spotless clean. Then there are many additional 'perks' that made our stay memorable: great location right in between Vodice and Tribunj, with a nice promenade along the sea between both towns and a nice walk to restaurants. The beach itself is at a short walking distance circa 6min, with clean water, shallow (so kids friendly) and much less busy than in Vodice centre. The property has an amazing big pool with salty water and it is only 2mins by car to the closest supermarket. There are plenty of nice islands trips that can be done from there too.
Allen is a great and super friendly kind host, he prepared a grilled party and let us eat his figs from the garden. He is also selling super tasty olive oil which we were happy to bring back home.
Not all tourists are respectul or disciplined when on holidays, but the host always made sure everyone is happy :)

Sehr sympathischer, netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Jeden Mittwoch bereitet er sehr leckeren Abendessen für alle Mieter. Wenn ich wieder nach Vodice gehe, dann zu 100% ins House Rina.

A truly relaxing family retreat with breathtaking sea views
We had the pleasure of staying at Apartments House Rina - 2 as a family of five, and it was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our summer in Croatia. The apartment exceeded our expectations in many ways.
The balcony offered stunning panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, turning every meal into a memorable experience. We especially enjoyed having breakfast and dinner outdoors while soaking in the scenery. The location is also ideal—just about a 600-meter walk to the sea, allowing for spontaneous beach visits throughout the day.
One of the biggest perks was the spacious swimming pool. Whether for early-morning swims, sunbathing during the day, or relaxing in the evening with a drink in hand by the water, the pool area was a perfect escape. The property also features a well-equipped grill area, which added a special touch to our stay.
The host was warm, positive, and incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived until our departure. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome and comfortable throughout the entire stay.
All in all, House Rina - 2 offers a peaceful yet well-connected base for exploring the beauty of the Croatian coast. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a serene and scenic holiday experience.
