I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Mount Lavinia and truly enjoyed the chance to experience everyday Sri Lankan life outside of a traditional hotel setting. The room was bright and welcoming, with windows on two sides that filled the space with sunlight throughout the day. Both balconies offered beautiful views—one even overlooking the beach, where I could watch both sunrise and sunset. The location is excellent: just a short five‑minute walk to the beach, with only a quick railway crossing in between. One of the highlights of the property is the rooftop terrace with a stunning swimming pool, offering an amazing panoramic view of the entire coastline. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Another unforgettable part of my stay was the exceptional hospitality of the owner. Every morning, a delicious homemade Sri Lankan breakfast was prepared for me, complete with tropical fruits, traditional dishes, and fragrant cinnamon tea—always tailored to any request I had. I truly appreciated being welcomed not just as a guest, but as a friend. As a suggestion, I think offering additional meal options—such as a half‑board arrangement—could make the experience even better. I am also very grateful for the early‑morning airport transfer, which was arranged with great kindness and reliability. Overall, this apartment is excellent value for money, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Mount Lavinia. My stay was a real pleasure from beginning to end.

The property was well located, very clean and comfortable. My room had its own private bathroom and a balcony that overlooked the ocean. The property was a short walk to the beach and the Main Street. The host, Ruwan was gracious and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast daily was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Mt Lavinia.

We booked and stayed for 2 nights. The accommodation is a good sized en suite room within the apartment. It was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Everything had been thought of - towels, shampoo etc etc. Bonus to be able to use the pool. Located near the beach and lots of restaurants, cafes etc and a short walk to the Galle Road where there are a lot more shops, ATMs, cafes, restaurants etc. The host was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Amazing breakfasts on both mornings - Sri Lankan one morning and Western the other morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
