Hotel NOAH SPIRE

My family and I recently traveled from Mumbai to Tripura for the first time to attend a wedding, and our seven-day stay at Noah was truly exceptional. As a guest, I was so impressed by how thoughtfully the team looked after us they ensured our rooms were close together on the same floor, which made our stay feel so seamless. Every single staff member was incredibly polite and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also looked forward to the wonderful breakfast every morning! Thank you for the gracious hospitality and for making our first visit to the region so perfect and memorable.

清潔だし、受付のスタッフだけでなくウェイターや清掃員の振る舞いも良かったです。 チェックインの時に水をくれたり、朝食時に席に水を持ってきてくれたり配慮が良かったです。

バスマットやフェイスタオルがあると嬉しかったです。 バーでたばこの匂いが席に来たのが残念でした。 プール利用案内が部屋にあると嬉しいです。

綺麗で清潔でした。付属するレストランの料理も大変美味し買ったです。どのメニューもハズレなしでした。

二人宿泊でしたが、アメニティが一人分しか用意されていなかった。あとで連絡すると追加してくださいました。

It was okay.

The first page itself shows that the property has pool in it. Obviously the person would love to stay in it but after booking and reaching at the location. There was no pool. Also the reception staff was very rude.
