Rezervisala sam u istom danu kad sam i trebala doći i odmah su mi odgovorili da je apartman spreman. Apartmn je čist, krevet preudoban. Domaća rakja, slatkiši i kafa od domaćina koji su besplatni su pun pogodak. Apartman bukvalno izgleda onako kako je na slikama

Malo je bila gužva na recepciji, ali je sezona skijanja i razumljivo je.

Boravak u ovom apartmanu je ispunio sva naša očekivanja ! Prelijep, čist, udoban krevet, lokacija odlična. Vlasnici jako ljubazni i prijatni, bili su tu za sva naša pitanja ! Kao i ostatak osoblja. Sljedeće godine se sigurno vidimo ponovo !

Prinzipiell war alles perfekt- würde trotzdem gerne ein paar Punkte aufzählen die außergewöhnlich gut waren: Die Ausstattung- extrem hochwertig (von Bodenbelag bis zu den Betten), alles stimmig und alles fügt sich perfekt ineinander Gästeservice- man wird vom Zeitpunkt der Buchung bis zum Checkout von einer Person betreut, die einem alles zusammenschreibt und jederzeit (!) für einen erreichbar ist und das per WhatsApp!! Eine Flasche Wein als Willkommensgeschenk und eine vollausgestatte Küche in der von Rakija bis Salz alles zu finden ist!!

Nichts! Es gibt nicht mal einen kleinen Punkt den ich hier hinschreiben könnte

This is a private apartment located withing Vučko hotel complex. Customer support is provided by apartment owners Emir and Tanja. They were always online on Viber for any questions and support we needed. The room is so beautiful and cozy with a nice view to the other side of the hotel with lots of snow. You get a ski locker in the basement of hotel. Parking is secured, Technical support team in the hotel garage assisted with some tools when we had issues with our car. Kids playground room is available for reasonable price (billiard, picado, table tennis, PS4). You can order coffee and food in the room from hotel bar and restaurant. Besides sleeping bed there is also a large sofa which is turned into a comfy bed. Also, in room is a small kitchen with refrigerator, Nespresso machine, electric stove, with dining plates, glasses, frying pan, pot is available. Bakery and little market shop is very close if you need basic groceries. There is a lot of nice restaurants nearby.

Hotel stuff at reception are a bit stressed and not that helpful every time.
