Luxury Boutique Downtown Private Unit

I booked this last minute for my husband and I, we drove from Canada, upon arrival i realized we had absolutely no instructions on how to enter, no access code, nothing. So it’s 2 am and we’ve just driven 3 hours after working all day. We start calling around searching for any hotels or motels that are open and have space, after about an hour we finally find one, it’s an additional $500 American ($700 Canadian) I try contacting the property multiple times, only at about 5 pm the next day am I able to make contact. The woman I made contact with told me that it’s not her problem, that I made the reservation through booking.com I said okay, but is there a reason I didn’t receive any codes or any response for you guys until 5 pm the next day after contacting directly, she told me she sent an email and they just have not gave it to me. I said okay, can you tell me what time that email was sent so I can bring it up to booking.com’s attention (I knew it was never sent) she started getting extremely angry with me. She then hung up on me, I tried calling back again and she said that I was a “rude ignorant b****) and hung up again. I called back, she transfer my call to a man screaming and saying the same things. Needless to say, there’s many other reviews of people being locked out, save your money and book ANYWHERE else
