Instalações novas, tudo funcionando, lugar aconchegante, supriu bem minhas necessidades. Boa localização, próximos de padaria, supermercado… fica quase ao lado do bar Teresa e Jorge que por sinal eu amei a música e o baião. Adorei a praticidade das fechaduras eletrônicas. Achei a rua bem tranquila. Apesar de não ter precisado, o Ricardo se mostrou sempre solicito a todo tempo

Gostei do ar-condicionado e da localização do imóvel, bem como o custo-benefício do valor da estadia.
Não gostei da limpeza do apartamento, e da falta de detetização no local, onde foi encontrado insetos como barata no banheiro e escorpião em cima da cama, sem falar no susto e na necessidade do hóspede de matar o inseto, além do risco e do perigo que correram os hóspedes. Outro ponto foi o fato da tv não estar funcionando.
