Diego’s architecture on the site is beautiful, playful and completely original. The room we stayed in was truly unique and had lots of amazing art in it as well as views out to the ocean on one side and the lagoon on the other side. Diego and his daughter Azucena were amazing hosts, and incredibly friendly people. We also ate dinner one night in the tiny sushi bar in the tower building.

Everything about this inn was what we wanted- quiet location, walking access to tranquil beach, quick drive to town to supermarket, shopping, and restaurants, on site Japanese izakaya was delicious, and the room and amenities were top notch.

The design is outstanding and an experience! Huge comfortable bed, tin bath shower, plush bathrobes, port hole windows - incredible. A wonderful setting opposite a quiet and beautiful beach with great kite surfing cafe for breakfast and the superb Minaba Japanese restaurant on site which was also wonderful.
We loved it all.
