A localização é boa, a rua é tranquila e silenciosa.
Tivemos problema com o aquecedor de água e algumas vezes tomamos banho parcialmente em água fria. A proprietária foi solícita e providenciou a troca do aquecedor. Mesmo assim, o sistema de aquecimento deixa a desejar, pois parece que tem capacidade limitada para aquecer a água. Também achei a roupa de cama e os travesseiros ruins.
