Ótimo espaço interno , banheiros ,moveis , limpeza e organização geral e lindo quiosque nos fundos. Tv em todos os quartos e sala, também tem todos os eletrodomésticos e utensílios necessários. Anfitrião muito atencioso.
Não tem ar condicionado, apesar de ter ventilador de teto em todos os cômodos o que ajuda a amenizar um pouco o calor.
