La vista del balcón, el tener la playa en frente, la seguridad. Muy buena presión el agua de la ducha.
Muy pequeño, no hay mesa ni sillas para sentarse a comer, en su reemplazo está el sillón con la mesa ratona. El estacionamiento q te corresponde es delante de otro auto, por lo tanto tenes q acordar con el dueño del otro auto para poder salir o guardar el vehículo.
