The hosts are very responsive, and the communication is super clear. The room is very clean and the internet is great. The other guests respected the quiet hours, and the older neighborhood is a quick ride to other south Bay locations. This is a great find for someone who needs a minimal and clean space in a good location.
I'm an older single female traveler, and I needed something not quite so bare bones. During the day, I could hear my neighbor more than I was comfortable with; it's an older building and the walls are on the thin side, at least for my purposes. See above for the many positive aspects of this property.

This is a great deal. The room is small but has everything one really needs - bed, fridge, microwave and a few plates. Parking is on the street but there was always a spot available. I hope you keep the rates low.
(1) add just a few more utensils (at least 1 knife) (2) consider installing a little larger desk
