The house in Berkeley Vale is amazing. Very comfortable and spacious.
My friends and I absolutely loved staying there. Would highly recommend this property.
My only suggestion is to somehow put another toilet upstairs. When there are a few people staying upstairs, the toilet situation becomes a bit difficult.

The location is very good. We enjoy the walk along the lake. The pool table is a good idea for family to enjoy the time together. The size of the property is good for the family to enjoy. Aircon is also very good.
The beddings are a bit too hard for the queen rooms and very soft on the other rooms. The towels are very thin and old. This can be easily fixed. Only two old tea tea towels were there so we ended up buying new ones and left them there. Balcony seems a bit unsafe as there were some nails coming ticking up from the planks.

The house was beautiful family loved the house and the games room ba k yard and the walking path along the lake.. we really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay there again
