We stayed here for 9 days. The location is really convenient, very accessible to jeepneys and close to the city proper. The unit is small but okay for 2 people.

The doorknob of the unit was broken, which made it a bit inconvenient. Cleanliness needs more attention. The room was not properly cleaned, the bedsheet had visible hairs on them (not sure if they were replaced), and the refrigerator and sink were not wiped down. There was no doormat provided, which made it hard to keep the room clean. There were molds visible on the walls, even in the bathroom. The electric fan had thick clumps of dust that should have been cleaned before guests arrived.

Perfect short-term accommodation for budget travellers! The host is easy to contact, responsive and kind. No hassle with checking in and out either. The location is easily accessible and close to the town proper. Fast wifi connection and we’re able to watch Netflix on the TV. The room has a kitchenette (if you ever need to cook something light/small). It’s equipped with an induction stove (not sure about pots/pans; didn’t check!), rice cooker, electric kettle, fridge, plates and cutleries for use. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

Some parts of the building itself are still under construction. Because of this, the floors on the hallway outside of the room were dusty and it smelled like paint or plaster on the way out. You will hear some noise coming from the other units being worked on at times. But it’s not a huge concern since we’re outside for most of the day and by the time we got back, there were no more construction crews working. It’s also hard to keep the bathroom dry but it’s not that big of a deal.
