Country Oasis on Evans Street

The house had heaps of room for our stay. It was very well equipped.

The glass dining table and glass coffee tables were very unstable. We had quite a few spillages due to someone leaning on the table and it moving. I also thought it would be quite unsafe with children or the elderly as I know someone like my father would lean on the table when getting up from the table. Just a thought for future guests. Most of us didn't need any cold water added to the hot water in the shower. It would have been nice if there were blinds or something on the windows in the living areas, the cars driving past at the back could easily see in to where we were all sitting, plus being winter, it feels a bit warmer to close blinds or curtains, plus it gives you some privacy.

Very spacious. Lots of large bedrooms. Loved the fruiting Mandarin tree in the back yard. Everyone was happy with the televsions in every room.

TV in living room - no picture for AFL and subtitles. One double bed have no fully quilt - only half. Too cold while sleeping. No woods for fireplace 😒

It was spacious and close to town.

We didn’t have hot water. We had to have tepid showers on the first day then the water wasn’t hot enough for showers in our second day. No tea towels were supplied to do the dishes. Baby spiders in one of the beds.
