Superbe emplacement proche commerces, restos et port maritime Appartement propre, sobrement décoré et bien équipé (serviettes de plage, nécessaire PDJ, bidons d'eau)
Pas de parking privé, il faut se garer sur le parking du Super U quand il reste de la place Attention aux possibles coupures d'eau/électricité fréquentes dans le secteur

La vue sur le golf et la proximité pour prendre le bateau
Les tâches sur les matelas en l'occurrence celui du canapé convertible usé, les oreillers , les alezes, la poussière...... Un bon coup de ménage s'impose , le frigo a dégivré et à laver .
