La struttura si trova in una zona a nord/est dell’isola,quasi sempre ventilata,spiaggia nera a 100 mt,parcheggio ampio pubblico sotto casa,fornita di tutto il necessario per soggiornare,consigliata a chi vuole scoprire l’isola in macchina.Zona isolata,residenziale,tranquilla.
Letto matrimoniale alla francese,un po’ scomodo per una coppia,la stanza è ampia per poter contenere un letto doppio.
Il sensore antincendio posizionato troppo vicino al piano cottura,cucinando una bistecca si è azionato 😅

El apartamento es muy bonito está muy bien amueblado y decorado, con todos los utensilios necesarios tanto en el baño como en la cocina. Tiene stor para evitar la claridad en dormitorio y salón.
Les doy un diez por la limpieza.
Complejo muy tranquilo y muy limpio, la piscina muy buena.
Necesario que inviertan para mejorar con respecto a la ropa de cama y salón.
La sabana bajera ya muy usada (con bola), el relleno de los cojines del salón muy viejos. El forro del sillón roto y la almohada es muy baja.
También deberían dejar alguna sabana extra, ya que el edredón es muy grueso, de invierno, tuvimos que quitarlo y taparnos con el forro.
A tener en cuenta que la estructura de la cama sobresale mucho y nos golpeamos varias veces, al haber poco espacio mejor otro tipo de cama.

The apartment was quiet, compact, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, which made for good nights’ sleep. There is a useful balcony with a nice view of the hills/mountains behind the property, although there is a car park between the flat and the banana plantation. The sofa was comfortable.
The kitchen had minimal cooking utensils and cutlery. There were no basic items such as a vegetable peeler or a can opener, so we had to buy our own. Bowls were also lacking.
The hosts were a little lacking in support regarding an early bag drop, and they were very firm about vacating the flat by 12:00, which felt a bit inflexible.
The location is about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Puertito de Guimar, so it’s manageable for a fit walker, but not central.
