We stayed in this apartment as a couple for three weeks. There was enough space for each of us to do our own things without getting in each other’s way. The apartment has good sound insulation, so you can even work quietly in a separate room. The windows face two roads, but they are not disturbing; they sound like white noise. And if you close the balcony glazing at night, it becomes completely silent. On the other hand, there is a lot of open space and air in front of the windows, and you can enjoy stunning sunsets. In late spring, for example, the apartment gets a lot of light, but fortunately there are curtains that help when needed. For those who like firm mattresses, the beds here are very comfortable, and the beds themselves are high. There is a huge amount of storage space. Really a lot, you can easily put away all your belongings, suitcases, and everything else so that nothing is left lying around on surfaces. The photos do not show a washing machine, but in reality there is one (we would have liked a larger drying rack, especially since there is plenty of space on the balcony). Everything needed to keep the home tidy is also provided. If you need to compress vacuum bags to pack them into your suitcase, there is even a vacuum cleaner for that. The building is new and beautiful, and the apartment itself is also new and nicely designed, with clean surfaces (although the sofa could benefit from a professional cleaning). We really enjoyed staying in this apartment; it was comfortable and cozy. Thank you to our host for their hospitality! 🤍

In addition to what I mentioned in brackets, for complete comfort we also missed a set of matching cups or mugs for enjoying tea or coffee at a nice wooden table, and probably a kettle… and generally a bit more good-quality kitchen utensils. We also would have appreciated an extra shelf in the shower cabin where you could place toiletries, in addition to just one shampoo and shower gel. But even without all of this, living in the apartment was very pleasant. Wishing everyone a wonderful stay! 😌

Siisti ja sopivan kokoinen asunto

Kovat sängyt, niistä puuttui rungon ja petauspatjan välinen patja kokonaan. Siivoaminen oli hankalaa, mm pannujen tiskaus ilman tiskiharjaa. Leivinpaperia ei ollut ja uunipellit oli valmiiksi jo todella likaiset

The location was great for us. The apartment is new and very nice. There was plenty of space for two adults and one ten year old child. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice.

We took this apartment mainly because it was advertised as having two queen size beds. Our ten year old is quite big for his age and we didn't want him to have to sleep on a sofa bed. However, the bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. It actually didn't have a proper mattress, only the thin top mattress, so one could feel the wooden boards from the bed support. Then two small things that actually matter is that there were no scissors in the kitchen and opening packages with a knife is quite inconvenient, plus there was no hair dryer, and with the outside temperatures of -10, that doesn't work so well. Finally, we also chose the apartment because it was advertised as having free parking. It does have free parking, but between 8 am and 8 pm, that's limited to 2 hours, so if you're at the apartment, you actually have to go out and move the car every two hours, and again, when it's -10 outside, that's quite inconvenient.
