"The location is great. 15 min walk to lots of the tourist areas. Easy to take the bus and train. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants. Functional little kitchen."

The apartment has a great location with convenient connections to the city, and overall, it feels cozy and welcoming.
Some stains on the walls made the apartment feel less well-maintained and the kitchen was quite sparsely equipped. The plastic mugs, glasses, and plates also felt a little cheap, especially in Japan, where beautiful ceramics are such a wonderful part of the culture. I would avoid asking guests to leave a 10/10 rating, as it can feel a little pushy and leave a negative impression. It would be nicer to let guests share their honest feedback naturally.
