Apartamento bastante práctico, al lado de la estación central de Viena. Buena relación calidad-precio y buena opción si vas a moverte en tren o autobús.
No está céntrico, no tiene televisión.

Die Lage ist einfach top. Der Hauptbahnhof ist gleich ums Eck. Das Haus ist noch ziemlich neu. Unsere Wohnung war sehr sauber.
Das was mir nicht gefallen hat, hab ich dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und das wird geändert. Somit ist alles gut.

Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und sehr zentral gelegen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist gut zu erreichen.
Es ist alles verfügbar, was so gebraucht wird. Teller Geschirr Toilettenpapier.. alles war da. Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden.
Kleiner Bonus: es war ein Klimagerät vorhanden, dass flexibel zwischen den Schlafgelegenheiten eingesetzt werden konnte.
Jedoch verfügte die Wohnung über zu viele Duftstäbchen (10 Stück), Lampen ohne Kabel und ohne Strom (5 Stück) und einem WLAN Router ohne Internetverbindung.(keine Simkarte oder andere Verbindungsoptionen)
Gerade letztes war ärgerlich, weil somit auch der Fernseher nicht nutzbar war.
Bettwäsche war nur zum Teil vorbereitet, Handtücher waren nirgends vorhanden. Da alles aber frei zugänglich war, haben wir uns selbst den Rest eingerichtet.
