We arrived late and exhausted after a long drive from Entebbe Airport. Staff at reception very helpful in providing our room quickly and without fuss. Although the room was average it was more than adequate and became a comfortable refuge during our stay. Other staff extremely friendly, helpful and willing to assist. A lovely stay.
Major construction of the new restaurant was underway causing noise and dust for many hours of the day. Forewarning about this would have been appreciated. It did not spoil our stay.

Staff made our stay exceptional. They were available at just about any time and were super helpful and respectful. Although there was building going on at the property, everyone had smiles.
There was nothing to not like.
