Clean and tidy

The apartment is great and in an excellent location. It’s a perfect base for road trips and for walking into Tromsø city centre. It’s a longer walk (about 1 hour), but you can also get to the other side – the Cable Car (Fjellheisen), Arctic Cathedral and Sherpatrappa.
The equipment is sufficient – you won’t cook a fancy dinner here, but it’s absolutely fine for everyday meals.
Two bedrooms plus the living room are ideal for a family. And the view from the living room is stunning, with the possibility to watch the Northern Lights from the window or the terrace :)
Communication with the owner was perfect.
Basically, I have no complaints. The price is quite high, but definitely worth it.
The parking isn’t cheap either, but I recommend using it. It’s very hard to park for free on the island, and all the other car parks are insanely expensive. Here, you can park almost right in front of the building. It’s worth considering walking to Tromsø city centre and leaving the car in the owners’ parking space.
