It's clean & cozy. Its got everything you need for a short stay. Staff are friendly. Easy check-in. Very responsive host.

No exhaust in both toilet and kitchenette. Bidet pressure is very strong.

3rd time I've stayed at the Marina Spatial complex but first time in A's 1 bed/bed sit. Big enough for two, decent size bathroom. Comfortable, relatively quiet and efficient in wall aircon. Compact, ok equipped kitchen. Shower worked ok. TV was a smart one and decent size. WiFi held up great. .

Apart from the fact my girlfriend and I had to share the only fork - very romantic😄 Nothing really. I'd use this one again.

The owner really went out of his way to make me feel comfortable at this property. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone. The price is excellent as well. It is clean and convenient.

Location is good. Owner/Host is friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable enough.

These comments are relatively minor, but still, it affected my rating... Curtains aren't blackout. If you don't have sleep shades, room is bright early. No hand towel. No shampoo or.body wash. I understand it isn't a hotel, but these are cheap items compared.to having to go look for supplies. No microwave. Hot water didn't get hot enough, for me. Max 40C (104F). Which is fine for most people, however I usually shower at.43/44C (109F to 111F). Issues with staff (not hosts fault). He registered me at least twice but had to come in person because their computer system was down. So I had to wait in the heat in the lobby... A guard lied to a girl that came to my room, told her I previously had "many girls there" and mentioned one was name "Julie". I don't know a "Julie". Perhaps previous guest. He then proceeded to ask for her phone number to ask her out on a date, making it seem like he was a good guy and I wasn't. Even if I had other girls there (I didn't), a guard shouldn't be telling any information to anyone, let alone asking for her number. Another issue, not the hosts fault, the shower, if you didn't have the handle in the exact right position, even 1cm off, you hear a high pitched whine. Even once set, it seemed to move on it's own and whine again. I mentioned it to the host and he said he would call a plumber, so I doubt it will be an issue in the future. Occasionally, loss of electricity (entire building, not hosts fault) but came back within 10 or 15 minutes, which is very fast for Philippines. Another issue, minor, I had asked for additional towels on check in and was told he would bring some the next day. I didn't get them.
