The Flats are a brand new complex located in the heart of CdA right on Sherman Avenue, and is walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and bars downtown. Suite #8 features a full sized bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom. Newly installed heating/air conditioning units will keep you comfortable no matter the season!
The Space:

Your access code for the smart keypad lock is the key to getting into your room. Simply enter the code provided before your arrival, and the door will unlock for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.
2. Wi-Fi:
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for all our guests, so you can stay connected throughout your stay. The Wi-Fi network name and password are provided in your welcome email and also located in the room for your convenience.
3. The Bedroom:
Your cozy full-sized bed with crisp white linens is waiting for you! After a fun day exploring the local attractions, relax and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Don’t hesitate to adjust the room’s lighting and settings to suit your perfect rest.
