GIULIA'S HOUSE - Charming, with a breathtaking view of Lake Iseo!

Spacious and bright apartment with a terrace and breathtaking views of Lake Iseo. Casa di Giulia features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a fabulous living room. It is strategically located above the marina and just a short walk from downtown. The apartment, renovated in June '24, is furnished with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every comfort. Outside, the terrace is perfect for breakfast, relaxing in the sun, or dinner with a panoramic view of the lake.
The Space
Upon entering the house, you’ll be greeted by a spacious and bright living area where you can admire the lake through the large windows. In the living area, you’ll find a sitting room, a sofa (which doubles as a bed if needed), a Smart TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities you need: cutlery, kitchen utensils, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an induction cooktop, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine with coffee pods.

The hallway leads to the other parts of the house; on the right is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and washing machine.
Next to it, you’ll find the second bedroom, which features two single beds—we can push them together to create a double bed upon request—as well as a work area with a desk and stools, ideal for remote work. The space is completed by a second bathroom with the same amenities as the main one.

In addition to towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, and everything you need to make your stay perfect, you’ll find a complimentary welcome kit provided by us.
The living room and the master bedroom each feature two French doors that allow you to access the terrace or step out into the private outdoor area.
What truly makes this apartment unique is the magnificent view of Lake Iseo—both from inside, thanks to the many windows in the living area, and from outside on the terrace.
Guest access
The apartment is located at Via Nazionale 7/A and has two entrances. The first is directly at the address, providing access to the main entrance—useful for unloading luggage—while the second entrance is on Via Stradetta del Pensiero 6. At the second entrance, the street is only a few centimeters wide, and we have a covered garage. We recommend this entrance and the garage parking for cars in categories A, B, and C; larger vehicles may have difficulty navigating the narrow spaces.
On the parallel street, Via del Cantiere, there are many free parking spots, and the apartment entrance is just a short walk away. The second entrance leads to the apartment via an outdoor staircase. Both entrances are accessed using codes that we’ll provide at the time of booking.
