The receptionist was very helpful, she did a great job. The facilities were good and we enjoyed our balcony. Lots of cafe, groceries, restaurants and walkable to the old city.

The room was very nice and had a little fridge! The staff were all very kind and helpful and quick to respond on WhatsApp! Overall a great experience.

Some issues checking in - the door entry number provided didn't work and only way to get help is via Whatsapp. All rooms had issues with the shower (i.e. broken door, or shower head). Walls are also paper thin.
However good value for the area.

Unusually nice, caring and welcoming staff, smooth check-in, very clean rooms and reasonably priced. All in all, perfect!
