This was a really pleasant stay. The place was very clean. It was well outfitted with everything we needed to cook which has not been true frequently with places I’ve stayed, especially in Florida. The beds weee comfortable. It was great

The property and location was great!! The apartment comfortable, clean and very well located. The kitchen has all the utensils that you need to cook and eat a nice meal with the family. It even comes with a Weber gas grill that is easy to use. The place also has all the beach equipment you need like chairs, beach umbrella, etc. the location is wonderful…the beach is about 2 blocks away just crossing the street. The property is half way between St Pete and Clearwater. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

The place was nice and clean. A well thought out property offering all beach gear needed along with everything you’d need in kitchen except for ice maker. However, everywhere you turn there are posted rules. For example, don’t turn down ac under 72 or you’ll be responsible for repairs due to your negligence. I live in Florida and understand this is simply an ac problem not negligence of guest. Side note, no problem with ac during our stay. This just set a tone that made me feel completely uncomfortable-an unwelcome guest.
