The beach is nearby, and public transport is within walking distance. There are several cycling routes in the area. Guests must be at least 12 years old. A car is recommended for arrival. Three parking spaces are available on the property, plus free street parking. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The property supports proper waste separation; more information is provided on site. Energy- and water-saving facilities are available. The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.
