Unit #2802 at Lighthouse on the Bay - (formerly Phoenix on the Bay II) located in Orange Beach, this 8th floor condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This top-floor condo has been recently updated with new living room décor and a brand-new HVAC system. The condo has tile flooring and crown molding throughout, and comfortably accommodates six guests.
The living area provides access to the balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass doors and is furnished with a new queen sofa sleeper, three oversized armchairs, a white leather ottoman/table, and a flatscreen television.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a flatscreen television for you to enjoy! Its ensuite master bath features a double vanity, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a flatscreen television. The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.
The spacious kitchen is nicely stocked, has a standard coffee maker plus a Keurig, and has Corian countertops and modern appliances including a flat top stove and side-by-side refrigerator. The wide breakfast bar seats four.
Adjacent to the kitchen, our dining room seats six. You'll love having your meals there while enjoying the beautiful bay views! And for cocktail hour, our wet bar offers a wine fridge, glassware, and a stereo for entertaining guests.
You will love the breathtaking views of Terry Cove, Perdido Pass, and the surrounding islands from our spacious balcony. There is seating for 4 at the balcony table plus a comfy chaise lounger for relaxing and soaking in the view!

I love the location. I’ve always stayed on the beach side. This was a great change. Very quiet very well, Managed felt very safe. A lot of choices for convenience. Nightlife for dinner. Drinks music lunch beautiful swimming pool very clean. Very well. Managed facility.

Our family had a great stay at the lighthouse on the bay! The views were amazing! The indoor and outdoor pools were great. While the outdoor pool is not heated we still enjoyed and the water was warm enough to swim and enjoy the lazy river. If it’s too cold the indoor pool is really warm. We were down for our spring break and our two boys had fun playing with other kids and fishing from the docks. We only caught a few fish from the dock, but it was still fun. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was really nice. A few restaurants in walking distance, but plenty working a short drive. The property staff was very helpful. The workout room was very nice as well.
