Accommodating up to 6 guests, this chic retreat boasts a fresh, palm-inspired design and modern furnishings, creating an inviting getaway.
The Space:
ENTRY
You’ll have access to 1 designated parking spot for your convenience. Enter your second-floor unit (#15) via one flight of stairs, using a secure lock code. Please help maintain a peaceful environment by being considerate of neighbors and other guests.
BEDROOMS
This unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with:
- 2 bedrooms, each featuring a double bed.
- A pullout sofa in the living room.
Each bedroom includes:
- A single set of sheets
- Smart TV
- Luggage rack
- Iron & ironing board
- Phone charging ports
BATHROOM
The unit has 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Essentials provided include:
- Bath towels (1 set per guest)
- Toilet paper

Undisclosed pets will result in a minimum $250 charge.
🚗 Parking Info Please note: we can’t accommodate oversized vehicles, trailers, or more than two motorcycles per parking space. Additional parking passes are not available. Only park in designated areas—no parking on neighboring lawns, swells, or driveways. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Guests are responsible for any tickets or fines.
🚭 No Smoking All of our properties are smoke-free. Smoking inside will result in immediate eviction and a minimum $500 cleaning fee. If smoking is allowed outside, please do so away from the building and dispose of all materials properly. Extra cleaning charges apply if not followed.
📅 Cancellations & Early Departures We do not offer refunds for early departures or no-shows.
