Nestled in the heart of Beaver Creek, this delightful resort condo boasts 3 bedrooms - 2-king bedroom en suites with separate shower and jetted tub. Other bedroom has 2-twin beds that can be arranged as a single king bed as well. Sofa bed offers extra space for relaxation and extra guests. A cozy living room with fireplace and balcony extend the ambiance from the outdoors. The kitchen is stocked with full service utensils, plates, glasses, cookware, dishwasher and electric range. Full sized washer and dryer. The St. James Place offers front desk concierge, heated underground parking, indoor pool, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), sauna and a workout facility so guests can unwind. Ski locker included in rental and slope concierge to leave your equipment at base of ski lift if rented from Beaver Creek Sports Rentals. Slopes are 200-yards from condo- walk to multiple restaurants, shops, galleries and the Vilar preforming arts center. All pavement is heated so no ice to slip on. This is the best time of year to ski- not too cold so less layers, snows overnight so fresh in the morning, wide ski paths and easy to challenging for all levels of skiing. Don't forget the 3pm slope side hot chocolate chip cookies. We love to ski in the AM and then off to Iron Mountain Hot Springs, play spring golf at Iron Bridge golf course or Vail shopping/farmers market to get the most of our vacation.
