Recently updated 3BR/1.5BA cozy house 10 minutes from Mizzou! Family friendly, fast Internet, easy access to highways, shopping and restaurants. You will feel right at home with the amenities provided to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Property (duplex house) is on a spacious half acre lot.

Bedroom 3 - triple bunk bed, closet and small dresser.
Bathroom 1 - 1-1/2 bath attached to the Master Bedroom .
Bathroom 2 - full bath, located in the hallway.
Living Area - has a reclining couch and reclining chair, 50-inch Smart TV with Roku stick.
Kitchen - well-stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for 4. Full-size refrigerator, microwave and stove.
The neighborhood:
The house boarders a commercial zone and there are some 1-story warehouse buildings to the north (front side of the house) several hundred feet away. On the other sides, there are 1 and 2-story apartments shielded by vegetation on the fence lines on the west side of the house and behind it.

This was one of our best stays ever. Comfortable and clean. There were extra amenities, such as coffee press, electric kettle, fully stocked with all the necessities (coffee, sugar, spices) and even had some food available. Small living room but very comfortable furniture.

The property was very clean and the description was perfect. The hist was very easy and flexible to work with cause I needed to adjust my arrival and departure dates around by a few days and he was willing to work with my new schedule which was very much appreciated.
