By booking, you agree to all of the following rules and agreements.
1. Smoking, drugs, and vape use is NOT allowed inside and outside the property. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are NOT allowed at this property, including loud music. Quiet Hours are 9PM - 8AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.
3. There's no daily housekeeping. For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $300 per cleaning. This process takes 2-3 hours, similar to checkout.
4. You will be charged twice the current price for any missing or damaged items (including, but not limited to stained towels/sheets), as well as $200 USD for each lost, missing, or damaged remote.
5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Children are considered guests that must be stated in the reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
6. Pets are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $300 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.
7. We do NOT allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
8. The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.
9. Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.
10. Late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance.
11. There are 2 security cameras: 1 on the doorbell and 1 at the back door. Blocking or disconnecting any of these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
12. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or any law violations.
13. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or deaths that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
14. By booking, you agree to comply with the above Rules & Agreements. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.

Great location. Easy to get to and from train to head downtown. Very clean, nice layout and fabulous hosts. We had a wonderful stay.

Had a great stay at this property. Very clean inside, well supplied, convenient location. Great communication with owners. The neighborhood and surrounding residents are quiet at night. The laundry service was easy and timely as stated. I would stay here again on a trip to Boston with a larger group.

The place was great. When we arrived at night, we were a little nervous because the neighborhood looked a little bit sketchy, but in the morning we saw that was really not the case. We did see a rat but it ran when we opened the door. We thought the house was so nice and it was perfect for our family and close to the train stop. However, halfway through our stay, we had an incident with the immediate next-door neighbor. The same neighbor that has been mentioned in other reviews. She parked right in the middle of the driveway and took up the 2 of the 3 parking spaces! Leaving two of us renters without a spot. So we had to make do & figure out parking. The next morning at 7 AM she was pounding down our door, screaming & cussing at us to move. Then didn’t want us to park in the driveway because her friend was parking there. The next day was just as eventful- the other renter had their rental car side swiped by her. How did the property management team handle this— they told us to go park somewhere else!!! Glad we’re done with that circus! Also potential renters should know that the washing machine/ dryer downstairs takes quarters. Bring lots of them! This ad is a bit deceiving, unfortunately!
