Welcome to Camp Coffey!
Don't be scared by the lack of stays, VRBO drops us to the bottom of the search because we're new and then folks don't see us and don't rent. We are the real deal, family of 4 that has lived out dream of meticulously fixing up this fantastic cabin into the perfect mountain retreat. This cabin was built in 2006 up to code with modern features, the other cabins were build 50 years ago. We made our cabin the nicest we have EVER stayed at (and we rented quite a few prior). If you still are concerned, just send us a message, we're happy to get on the phone. We do have more stays and all 5-star reviews on a competitor web site that you can check out as well. Trust us, Once you stay here, you won't want to stay anywhere else.
Huge private lot and driveway with basketball. Beautiful cabin, fully stocked and fully functional kitchen. New grill & separate new griddle for breakfast. Two living areas. Huge outdoor fire pit. Great game table. Wood stove. Massive wrap around porch. 48A Grizzl-E EV charger. You will not want to leave, we never do.
The Space:
* Bedrooms: 3 cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds, new bedding provided, lots of plush blankets and quilts and accommodating up to 10 guests.
* All bunk beds and upstairs queen have Tuft & Needle mattresses
* Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, one up, one down. The main bathroom features a large soaking tub. Water gets nice and hot! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hand lotion provided.
* Living Areas: 2 spacious living areas with an open concept for plenty of room to unwind after a long day of adventures, including a wood-burning stove.
* Outdoor Space: Large, covered wrap around deck with a BBQ grill and seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air and forest views.

* Fully equipped kitchen perfect for comfort cooking, with modern appliances and efficient layout
* New built in microwave and vent helps keep the air clean while cooking

* About a mile away from Camp Connell General Store and eatery. Family owned for decades, this is great little spot for any last minute grocery/personal needs, a good hot sandwich or a cup of espresso. Tell Dan hi for us, he’s the owner and a lovely man.
* 7 minutes to Calaveras Big Trees sequoia grove
* 30-40-minute drive to Bear Valley Ski Resort
* Close to several stunning lakes
* Peaceful & private, yet 10 min to Arnold where you’ll find local shopping, great restaurants, HW store, and fully grocery store
* 30 minutes to Murphy’s for those looking for historic, old town charm-you’ll find some lovely restaurants, wineries, tasting rooms & yummy ice cream at JoMa’s Artisan Ice Cream
